Educational Purpose

Tarotingo teaches Tarot fundamentals, card meanings, Major Arcana, Minor Arcana, suits, court cards, and reading concepts through short lessons and quizzes. Content is for educational and informational purposes. It does not predict the future or promise particular outcomes.

Tarot content is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use lessons or reading concepts as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

User Responsibilities

Use Tarotingo lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting support. If account features are enabled, protect your credentials and remain responsible for activity through your account. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and any connectivity required for the features you use.

Acceptable Use

Do not interfere with app security, disrupt services, bypass paid access, infringe others' rights, or distribute app content without authorization. Do not copy or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law or applicable license terms.

Learning Progress And User Data

Where progress or preferences are saved, their availability depends on the storage and synchronization features in use. Device-only progress may be lost if app data is removed. If you submit content through an enabled feature, you retain your rights and permit Blacktzel to process it only as needed to provide that feature and related support. Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The app's code, branding, lesson text, quizzes, design, and other protected materials belong to Blacktzel or their respective licensors. Access grants permission to use the app under its license, not ownership of those materials.

Subscriptions And Purchases

Additional learning content may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Available content, pricing, and billing periods are shown before purchase. Apple processes App Store purchases under its applicable terms. Review the Subscriptions page for more information.

Cancellation And Billing

Manage or cancel Apple-billed subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Automatic renewal continues unless canceled according to Apple's terms. Removing the app or requesting deletion of app data does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and applicable consumer rights.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Tarotingo and its content are provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted access, error-free content, or particular learning results. Interpretations of Tarot can differ across traditions. Nothing here excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blacktzel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Tarotingo. These terms do not limit liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes To The Service And Terms

Lessons, features, and technical requirements may change. Blacktzel may update these terms or restrict access in response to misuse, security concerns, or service changes. Notice and any remedies required by law will be provided. Review the revision date and updated terms when notified.

Governing Terms

These terms apply alongside Tarotingo's EULA and the applicable Apple App Store terms. Mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply where you live remain in effect. Apple's terms govern Apple-provided billing and services; this page does not override them.
